Weight Loss: Exercise Can Be Fun  

Weight loss has become a nightmare for most people nowadays, the issue being made complicated by the proliferation of exercise videos and some large corporations making unrealistic and excessive weight loss claims. This is in an attempt to sell their products in today’s highly competitive market.

The above, coupled with a lack of straight-forward nutritional information on the market, leaves most people frustrated when they find that it is impossible to achieve these exaggerated weight loss promises. These include expectations from information gleaned through various celebrity exercise videos and fad wonder diets. The latter make their claims without addressing the fundamental physiological, psychological and nutritional aspects which are crucial for long-term body fat loss and the maintenance of one’s body weight.
